Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, fully equipped shared kitchen, eating and chilling areas. Disadvantages: Noisy AC, even more noisy roosters which do not stop during whole night as this place is located in local community. If you are a good sleeper, this place is an excellent bargain. If you are light sleeper, stay away.

If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle street in panagsama or close to centro, I highly recommend this place for your stay

Amazing hotel and staff. This is away from the main tourist area but only a short drive away. Can rent motorbikes from the hotel and staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay

The hotel is quite convenient. It's not far from the beach by motorbike, 7/11 is just around the corner and it has its own kitchen where you can cook by yourself or make some coffee. The room is tidy though it's not big enough. Anyway, with its price it is good enough to stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room i had was spacious with air con and a hot shower unlike most south east Asia hotels . Location was good everything is in walking distance or you can get a cheap tuktuk down to the beach . The chicken do like to wake you up at 4am but this was not an issue as a nice walk to beach to watch the sunrise was a beautiful way to start the day

nice and simple hotel. at a great price in the city center. It is convenient to get to any point in Moalabol. special thanks to the administrator Jomar, he was always responsive and helpful on any issue, gave the star a 5 and an additional point for the professionalism of Jomara 6/5;) wait for me friends, I will definitely come back to you

Great location, city center.
There is a kitchen with all the amenities - it's super! There are markets nearby, we bought shrimp and cooked for ourselves.
I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower and sink; it was impossible to wash my face in the morning. At some points, the staff didn’t turn it off at all and I had to constantly go down to the reception and ask to turn on the water.
