You can’t beat this location. It’s a 1 minute walk to the sardine run and to many good cafes and restaurants.

Owners are nice and friendly. Location was unfortunate, I was staying at the end of the list of bungalows, probably 50 years from reception area, and it was very noisy close to a bar playing music late( midnight, late for me). On another night, there was impromptu karaoke until 2am, so I had 1 good night in 3. If you’re ok with being in the centre with a lot of activity, it’s a good spot. Rooms basic but good for the price point.

We rented a small house. Pros: a veranda where you can sit in the evening. Good beds. Right in the very center. Check-in was fast and everything went smoothly. Cons: a very small toilet/shower (didn't bother us), karaoke singing at night, and a rooster crowing in the morning. The AC was great, and there was hot water. Simple and sweet, and great value for money!

Everything went perfectly. The room was exactly as described and photographed. A word of advice to the owner: add more nails or hooks to the cabin. To organize clothes. Everything is new, including the shower and toilet. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but perfectly tolerable. It's great that you can leave it on when you leave. The location is fantastic! Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality, friendliness, and for returning my favorite forgotten item. P.S. I want to kill and roast the rooster in the house across the street.

The location is perfect. It's less than a minute from Panagsama Road. It's clean and the water pressure is great. If I ever go back to Moalboal, I'll definitely stay here.
