Shoud be used divers only in which case it’s good. Otherwise pretty simple and basic

Moalboal doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of quality hotels yet so Turtle Bay was amongst the better hotels from the lot. The hotel's location isn't too bad as the main town is just a 5 to 10 mins ride. I loved the hotel's pool and you can even use their free kayaks to venture out on your own which was great. I was primarily in Moalboal for the sardine run and it just takes 10 mins from the property to get to Panagsama beach. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to Moalboal

A quiet, peaceful, and secluded hotel. It's about a 15-minute tuk-tuk/car ride to the bars on Panagsama Beach (100 pesos per person). The hotel offers decent breakfasts (lots of fruit, prepared à la carte, but once it was a buffet). There's a clean swimming pool, masks are available for rent (150 pesos), a dive center on-site, and free kayaks.

The resort is very peaceful, and the rooms are very neat. It also overlooking the sea, and they also have kayaking and scuba-diving services in-house. The place is also only 10 minutes away by bike to the Panagsama beach, and they charge reasonable price to travel there. The breakfast was okay too. The staff there were very friendly and patient in helping us with whatever we requested. One thing to note is that the front office closes at 10pm, so it's annoying when you need their help such as exchanging notes after their opening hours. Nearby areas are mostly other results and hotels so nothing much to see nearby the place, and the road to the resort from the beach or city center is also very dark, so it's recommended to hire a bike or tuk tuk if you're returning at night as you may not clearly see the roads.

Great resort. Nice and clean room. You can book any tour you want with the hotel. If you are fun of diving and snorkeling it is a great place to be. The diving instructor from the hotel was very patient and professional with the diving course. Definitely recommend.

This resort has a lot to offer. The location is great and we were able to see turtles twice during our snorkeling excursions. While we didn't do any diving this time, we'll definitely be returning as lots to see. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The only downside would be that the food at the restaurant isn't value for money, however, lots of places to choose from in just a short 10 minute drive away.

Nice rooms with comfy beds. The pool was great to relax in. Not in town so food options and exploring around are a bit limited.

Small and clean hotel. The rooms are not so big, but if you're a diver/adventurer that doesn't matter. The cleaning is good. But if you're going to hotel restaurant, be prepared to wait, they cook slow.

If you’re contemplating staying at this resort DON’T HESITATE, JUST DO IT. This resort is 10/10 ! The MOST COMFORTABLE bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. The grounds are well kept and extremely clean. The resort has a very cozy and secluded feeling to it, so quiet and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Each room has a bungalow feel to it with your own verandah (porch) and is VERY SPACIOUS. The only thing that surprised me was that it’s a bit of a drive away from the main road BUT that didn’t put a damper on our experience. I was actually so sad to leave this resort, I would 100% return.

Great experience overall; the hotel is in a quiet area, but close enough to the restaurants and bars area; service is always friendly and helpful. Just need a motorbike ride or a tricycle. Facilities are clean, and are spacious and lovely, with a nice restaurant and the beach just downstairs. We didn’t try the dive, but the snorkeling in the turtle bay was fun. Delicious and abundant breakfast too. Rooms are clean, cozy and the AC and wifi work perfect. As for the things to improve, we ran out of water the first night, and the water pressure is just so so. We also found most of services a bit costy compared with prices in town -food, transportation, dive services,etc.-. Other than that, it was a great experience that I’d recommend.

The hotel is in more private location compared to most resorts in Moalboal. This is a quiet area, with private access to the sea, which is very shallow and easily accessible, particularly during low tide. Resorts itself is nice, the pool was OK, diving also enjoyable, although cylinders were a bit on the empty side. Staff was always very nice. Unfortunately, food was not so good and overpriced, we had much better things to eat in other resorts or in town, which is 10-20 minutes away by tuk tuk.

We enjoyed our stay and diving at Turtle Bay Dive Resort very much. Although it was fully booked during our stay, we didn’t feel crowded, and no services were compromised. All the staff were helpful and friendly. For example, Dennis, the instructor, happened to guide all of our dives, and the manager took care of details before we even asked. It's worth paying extra to get away from the noise and crowds. The ocean view, fresh air, tranquility, good services, and convenience of diving made our trip much more remarkable. We've been diving in the Philippines for over a decade in several spots. It's our second time in Moalboal. Turtle Bay Dive Resort and Moalboal are at the top of our list. Thank you!
