Candlewood Suites MOBILE-DOWNTOWN by IHG

My only complaint is the card to use the elevator and door had to be reset a couple of times.  Otherwise everything else was great.  Staff was very friendly and welcoming.  Didn’t meet one staff person that was not friendly and didn’t speak to you

Staff was great, check in was at 4 I called them and asked for an early check in the said they start checking in at noon and it first come first served. Went at noon had 5 rooms open got my key and went on my way. Only took off one star since the ice machine is on the ground floor and you don't get an ice bucket (maybe you do and I didn't see it)

Staff was great. Honorable mention to Anna at the front desk. Good coffee, clean spacious room.

Entire premise appeared spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bedding were very comfortable, the location is great! Parking was a breeze and much easier to navigate than most hotels.

Good location, walking distance to local amenities. Clean room, comfortable. Wi-fi isn’t the greatest

Our room was clean and comfortable and all the staff we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Room was clean. Laundry facilities were fantastic. Staff was courteous, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any requrst.

The staff was awesome! ******* kept declining the charge due to the taxes in Mobile changing BUT the staff figured it out! ******* really needs to update their system
