We were in town for a Cruise and the hotel was clean, staff were awesome. Breakfast served hit the spot! Recommend!

We aren’t finished yet, but the staff is so nice! The hotel is so clean and organized! We have our grandkids spending the night with us and they love the games and game room area. So far , it’s a wonderful experience! Thanks! :)

The bedding was dirty and the exhaust fan for bathroom wasn't working at all. The stuff was friendly except the night time customer service Peraon.

Staff were pleasant. The bathroom looked as if it was halfway cleaned. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging up. We notified the staff and the response was "I'm sorry". No further action was taken on their part to ensure the bathroom was clean. The mattress had a dip in the middle. We tossed and turned all night. We stay at Hilton Hotels. But I won't be returning to this one and unsure about Tru by Hilton altogether if that is their quality standard of customer service and care.
