Very easy to follow instructions to locate and access the property. A nice cosy apartment room, with good bed, air conditioning and small kitchen area for cooking (gas stove, appliances, etc.) Room was very clean, and we had a very quiet and enjoyable evening. Thank you Massimo!

Very small place, damp, dark. When we arrived it was dirty and undone. The photographs are deceiving. We cancelled, and went to a good hotel for a few euros more. Camera piccolissima, umida, scura. Quando siamo arrivati la camera era sporca e disfatta. Anche il bagno. Le foto sono inganevoli. Abbiamo cancellato. Siamo andati a un buon albergo per pochi euro di più.

Buona la posizione al centro di Modena. Il bagno è la nota positiva per le dimensioni e le dotazioni. Proprietario gentile e disponibile per aiutare nella gestione del parcheggio auto al nostro arrivo. La stanza assegnata era troppo piccola per ospitare tre persone e arredata in maniera non funzionale agli spazi. Sul punto la descrizione non è del tutto chiarissima (almeno per me non lo è stata altrimenti non avrei prenotato per tre persone una stanza così piccola). Lo scarico del water era purtroppo attappato e in condizioni tali che chi ha preparato la stanza non poteva non accorgersene. Ciò ha determinato importanti disagi. Apprezzabili, ma del tutto inutili ai fini della qualità del soggiorno, le scuse del proprietario dopo essere stato informato.
