This lodging has plenty to commend it, but there is one issue you should know about it before you check in. To start with the positive, it's in a beautiful spot, with lots of trees and open space, some very nice wooded trails, great play area fir the kiddies, snappy interior design of rooms and public spaces, and tasty breakfasts with many choices available. But be careful about the room you select or question the desk clerk about any assigned room you are given. This is not because of any in-room design, cleanliness or maintenance problems -- our room, while seeming a bit tight because of all the nice, new furniture in it -- turned out to be located right above a large entertainment space, where there was a wedding reception going on, with music so loud that it actually made the floor vibrate to the musical beat. And the loud noise went on until midnight, making it impossible to get a decent night's rest, this with a long drive ahead of us early the next morning. I am glad all the partiers had such a splendid time, and we too enjoyed our stay except for being right above the very loud festivities until midnight on-the-dot, when, mercifully, it finally ended.

Rooms are dirty, especially carpet with large stains. It doesn’t deserve even 3 stars. The beds are small and uncomfortable. Personal on the check-in was not polite at all, they gave us room keys without explanation where rooms are. There is no elevator and You must bring your suitcase for two floors by yourself.

L’hôtel è molto accogliente , le camere ben arredate e pulite , perfetto per un soggiorno con famiglia , colazione buona, ristornate buono peccato che la carta non da molta scelta , lo staff del ristorante molto cortese e gentile . Le due note negative che nel nostro breve soggiorno abbiamo trovato la jacuzzi fredda così come la piscina , cosa non piacevole quando scegli un resort per rilassarti . Altra nota negativa volendo pranzare in hotel abbiamo chiesto un check out dopo pranzo e ci è stato richiesto un costo di 40€ per due ore di più .. troppo per un hotel quasi vuoto ..
