Comfy family resort with different size cabins and options for the kids (mini golf, volleyball, pool). Right on the water and walking distance to Batemans Bay CBD.

Very outdated. The dining chairs was wicker and 1 of them at holes in it. The couch was lumpy and 70's style. Mold on bathroom walls, bathroom sink had chips out of faucet handles, cabinet had water damage. Plug ins was sketchy. The window type AC in the wall was noisy as heck, louvers was broke, couldn't hear the tv if it was running. Has a big gap under front door, so bugs crawed in.
The outdoor pool had cracks all around the inside, lots of dirt and film on the blue tiles, you could scratch off with your fingernail to see they was blue not brown.
For the price you pay, I expect better quality.

Beds were very comfortable. Privacy and setting relaxing. Receiving a welcoming text message letting us know that our accomodation was ready was appreciated. Premises was tired and needed attention. Curtain rods secured with wire.
Premise was well cleaned. Convenient location.

What a fantastic place to stay, was literally a last minute decision to go there, and so glad we did would recommend to anyone, close to shops, beaches just a great place to relax and unwind.

This property provides excellent value for money and was great for a family stay. Staff are all exceptionally accommodative and friendly. Very nice experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Very convenient area. Our unit was nice but in dire need of a new couch. A little mold in shower area but staff said it would be looked after. Very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Beautiful golf course across the street. Good place for couples or kids.

The staff were great. Easy to deal with. Only downfall is the bathrooms are so old there is a step to enter the shower. Definitely not suitable for elderly or people with a disability. When we suggested a room change due to my elderly MIL unable to shower they put the blame on us suggesting we should have asked for a different shower as if the standard customer would expect this type of super old shower still existed.
The place definitely needs updating as most of the cabins are old and are falling apart but aside from that it was good.

Property is run down and is in need of a total rehab throughout the villas. Stove is dangerous - burners would flicker & not come on & those that came on were delayed in shutoff, would not dare to try & use the oven. Villas were not very clean, pans are old with loose handles. First morning we woke up to a cockroach climbing down the wall, so we bought cockroach bait & found a dead one the next morning. Villas are not serviced unless you are there for more than a week, which we were, but our villa was not serviced on the date we were told it would be, had to go to the office to find out when it would be (2 days later). Staff were friendly, but the “resort” needs a complete rehab.
