Mohe road to the north hotel

The room was clean and tidy with a smart toilet. The environment was quiet and the transportation was convenient. The front desk lady was very nice and helped us find the charging station outside. The small cafeteria had good food, and breakfast was free with a decent selection of dishes.

I booked this hotel on the fly on the way back from Manzhouli, and it was super easy to find, right next to the bus station on the right. The front desk staff were really welcoming, even late into the night. From here, you can walk anywhere in Mohe city. The front desk even had bus schedules for Beihong Village and Beiji Village, plus tourist maps, posted up. The room itself was spacious and bright, with modern and high-end facilities. Outside the window, I could see beautiful autumn leaves. I was so happy with my first night that I decided to extend my stay for another night.

This hotel left a fantastic impression on me; the overall stay was simply perfect! First off, the service quality was incredibly warm. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. Whether it was the front desk or housekeeping, their genuine attitude and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Qixing Square, within walking distance, and surrounded by a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Getting around is extremely convenient, making it a superb choice for both business trips and leisure travel. In terms of amenities, the hotel also excels. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-designed, offering a very comfortable stay without any cramped feeling. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, perfect for storing drinks and food, showing attention to detail. What's even better is the hotel's laundry room and EV charging stations. For long-term travelers or those on a road trip, these facilities are absolute essentials, greatly enhancing the convenience and comfort of the stay. To sum up, this hotel performs exceptionally well in every aspect – service, location, and facilities – offering great value for money. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation!

This was the worst hotel experience we've had on our 10-day road trip with 18 people, and it was at the Mohe Northward Journey Hotel. I booked 8 Deluxe Twin Rooms (25 sqm, 1 large window) and 1 Family Fun Room on Trip.com. They have many twin room types with different prices, and I specifically booked the Deluxe Twin. When we checked in, they offered us several different room types. I spoke to a male staff member, asking to switch all our rooms to the Deluxe Twin. The staff member said, 'We don't have any Deluxe Twin Rooms left.' I replied, 'But I booked and paid for them online!' The male staff member then said, 'If you don't want to stay, then check out.' (His attitude was truly terrible.) With so many of us, it would have been difficult to find another hotel on short notice, so we were quite helpless. This hotel did not honor its agreement with Trip.com guests. I hope everyone is careful of their tricks when booking. (The room I stayed in had a wall in the middle, with half a window on each side.)

This hotel is truly fantastic! First off, the location is superb; it's less than a 15-minute walk to Beijixing Square. The breakfast, provided by the owner and served at a partnered small restaurant nearby, is really thoughtful and delicious. You can also eat other meals there; it's affordable and tasty. The place is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with smart home features, and the environment is excellent. The owner is currently installing a laundry room which will be ready in less than a month, making the facilities even better. Even without the dedicated laundry room yet, the owner still provided us with a washing machine. Parking in the courtyard is very convenient, and there are even slow-charging piles for EVs. Overall, it's an amazing place. We extended our stay for two more days right then and there, making it a total of three nights. Staying here made us fall in love with Mohe; we almost didn't want to leave! The only thing I hope the owner can improve is the unreliable mini-program for the slow-charging piles. It kept showing a normal connection, but the app just wouldn't recognize the car. I hope the owner can partner with a larger platform and install some more reliable charging stations, because honestly, this is a real drawback.
