A beautiful and very quiet place. Much better than staying in the village (which is a very pleasant short walk away). The boss is very helpful. Airport pickup was also great. The cafe opposite is lovely too.

It's a 6 month old hotel, still WIP, so a little noisy from early in the morning 6am+
Hotel is about 20 mins walk to the main city! Hotel has a nice woody smell. 小老板 at the corner is a man of a few words, didn't even share about breakfast location info until we asked much later on the second trip back to the corner.
Breakfast is basic with millet porridge and some dishes. Hotel does not have food or snack, so we actually went to the opposite smaller hotel where they serve beer and snack at ground level 😅
Best part is when 小老板 drove to the city to fetch us back to the hotel after supper! He responded with 等我 👏

It's so nice to come here during the off-season. After a snowfall, the scenery is really beautiful. There is a natural small lake outside the house. There are cranes flying outside the house. The room is also very comfortable. The owner will upgrade your room for free. In the cabin, the owner is afraid that the heating is insufficient, so he also took the skirting board floor heating. It is actually not cold at all, so considerate.
The whole house is made of wood. Looking up at the sky at night is really beautiful.

In mid-April, I came to Mohe, a place I had always longed for, at a temperature that I thought I could accept.
When choosing accommodation, I avoided the standard hotels and chose the European-style wooden house (Igri Wooden House) that appeared in European and American movies. This wooden house is the closest to the Arctic Village among the villas and wooden houses in the Arctic Village.
Because this time point is the off-season for tourism in Mohe, I was very lucky to have the wooden house to myself.
I was very impressed by:
1. Absolute safety. Because I had the whole wooden house to myself, I experienced the fear at first sight and the warmth, comfort, ease and relaxation later.
2. I would like to thank the owner of the wooden house for his kind invitation. I was fortunate to have the unique Mohe Kaijiang fish (fried and braised), as well as the very unforgettable lamb meal (hand-pulled rice and lamb dumplings), especially the lamb dumplings, which I think are the best dumplings I have ever eaten. I enjoyed it very much and it was very memorable.
3. I took advantage of the comfort and economical price of Igeli Wooden House during my 4-day and 3-night trip. I also spent the last 2 days at the Shiye Zhichou Coffee House opposite. I felt unprecedented relaxation.
In summary, if you plan to travel to Mohe Arctic Village, I recommend you to choose Igeli Wooden House.
