The room was really warm, with excellent heating, and it looked very clean. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, I truly recommend this place! If you're visiting Mohe, you should definitely consider staying here. She even helped us arrange transportation and looked for my friend's phone for quite a while after it fell in the snow. They also offer free 'splashing water into ice' (poshui cheng bing) here, which is fantastic! Highly recommend this place! I'll also attach some beautiful photos of Arctic Village.

We love this hotel very much. The lady boss is so kind to us. Pick us up from the bus station, to restaurants and provide tour around Mohe for a small fee. She even cut frozen pear for us at night. My kids had fun in this hotel. Sadly we didn’t get to see Aurora. The only thing that annoyed me is that people smoking in the living room that also make our room smell of smoke. I have to tell the guest to stop smoking in the living room. I think the hotel should have a sign NO SMOKING in the living room so other guests would smoke outside and not effect us guests with kids and my husband was sick couldn’t stand the smoke smells.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Mohe, and I was very satisfied. The room was clean and warm, the linens were freshly laundered, and the bathroom was spotless with no odors. The owner was especially warm and thoughtful; she called us in advance and picked us up from the station. She also helped us arrange a car rental and our itinerary, which made everything super convenient and hassle-free!

The owner is very nice. She takes care of us very well. I have fracture during this trip. I have to move to hospital. She refunded the room charge to us without asking and She also gives us some gift. The owner still keeps contacting us and ask about my leg fracture. I definitely will come back to Mohe again and I will stay in this hostel. I would recommend this Hostel.

To be honest, this is one of the cute hostel owner ever! He’s such a nice guy and good lead to bring us travel around Mohe and see the great sky. However, there’s not much amenities i recommend you guys to bring it by urself also the toilet is quite dirty. If you don’t mind i think it’s still the great place to stay.

Lady boss is passionate and friendly, it's a farmhouse but the room is warm and cozy. Mineral water is provided. They can pick you up from the bus station if you contact them in advance. few minutes walk from the station also. She prepared free hot water every morning for "pour water becomes ice", a whole pot of hot water, play till you drop, so you don't have to pay and play outside. You can experience the true north-east small family daily life here as well. Overall satisfied and highly recommended.
