The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the guest rooms are spacious and tidy. The service is polite and enthusiastic. The hotel is located in the heart of Arctic Village, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

This hotel is considered quite large for the Mohe area, but it's nothing special. It's very close to Beiji Square and surrounded by restaurants.

To be honest, the hotel is definitely showing its age, but the service is absolutely top-notch. Initially, after checking some guides, I thought I'd have to take a bus into Arctic Village, but after asking the hotel, they told me I could register my car number and park directly in their lot – that's a huge plus over many guesthouses! When we checked in, they saw we had two rooms and proactively upgraded one so we could be on the same floor, which was really thoughtful. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic; it's convenient to walk everywhere. My whole family was very satisfied.

The hotel is quite old, but it's conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Entry to the scenic area requires purchasing a ticket and then taking a shuttle bus. It was raining, giving the place a slightly melancholic feel, but it certainly didn't dampen the warm hospitality of the Mohe locals. In the evenings, there were song and dance performances in the public square, and cozy pubs where you could enjoy drinks and sing along. The hotel room itself was incredibly spacious, offering expansive views of the distinctive scenery nearby.

The hotel is centrally located in Arctic Village, very close to attractions like the northernmost post office and Seven Star Square. It's considered one of the best hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room. If you're driving, you'll need to park your car at the free parking lot at the village entrance, then purchase tickets for the scenic area and the scenic shuttle bus before you can check in.

I ended up choosing this hotel because I arrived so late. Despite its 5-star rating, the room facilities were quite dated, and the price was still high.

The room was spacious, but the facilities were dated. The 'purified water' provided in the room tasted quite odd; it certainly wasn't genuine purified water, which should be tasteless and pure. My friend got diarrhea after drinking it. I also experienced diarrhea after eating the hotel's breakfast, possibly due to the cold dishes or fruit. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price. A standard chain hotel would have been a better option.
