Taoran Farmhouse

The room was spacious and very clean. The guesthouse hosts were lovely; the uncle's cooking was delicious, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even gave us some of their home-grown corn when we left.

The owners (a couple) are incredibly warm and friendly! They even offer carpooling and private car services at a reasonable price. The landlady was always enthusiastic and helpful with any questions or issues we had. The room was super comfortable and very clean. They provide disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. There's also a small vegetable garden right outside the window, which makes for a lovely view and a fresh feel when you open it. They also have a Labrador named Liu Yi who is very friendly and well-behaved.

As soon as we arrived at Taoran Farmhouse, the owner's wife came out to greet us, directed us to park in the yard, and welcomed us warmly. It felt just like coming home. Freshly laundered duvet covers and sheets were hanging to dry in the courtyard, and the indoor bathroom was clean and odor-free, with all amenities provided. There's a restaurant where you can order food; the menu is standardized by the scenic area with fixed prices, so you won't get ripped off. Breakfast can also be arranged. It's about 200 meters from the village monument and the northernmost post office, just a few minutes' walk. The owner's wife enthusiastically explained how to take the shuttle bus to visit the north and south routes of the attractions, saving us a lot of unnecessary detours. The chef's cooking was also delicious.

The guesthouse was clean and tidy. It's very close to the liveliest street near the post office, just a few minutes' walk, but it was very quiet at night. The owner's cooking was delicious; the vegetables were homegrown, and the fish was caught from the river, super fresh!

This guesthouse is located near the northernmost post office and the village monument. It's about a 50-meter walk to the main road, making it lively yet quiet. You'll find restaurants and sightseeing shuttle stops right on the main road. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is a great deal at 10 RMB per person. The small garden is convenient for drying clothes. Overall, it offers excellent value for money within the scenic area. The owner is also very welcoming.

This absolutely exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly clean and tidy, and the hostess was so capable! The location is also excellent, very close to the northernmost post office. The service in the Arctic Village scenic area is the best I've encountered in any scenic area! Especially the transportation within the area; the quality of service and value for money are also the best I've ever seen. It truly embodies serving tourists rather than just trying to make a quick buck. Thumbs up to the service in Arctic Village! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The room is bright and very well-ventilated! The lighting at night is also sufficient. The bedding is new and dry. The bathroom is the most spacious and clean I've experienced in all the places I've stayed in Beiji Village. There's also a large courtyard where chili peppers were just planted. It should be beautiful if you come in late June or July. The chives and green onions in the courtyard are ready to eat. We even got to try homemade dumplings from the owner's family! The couple who runs it provides excellent service. The only suggestion I have is that the showerhead is placed too high; it's uncomfortable for shorter people from the South. (This seems to be common throughout Northeast China...) I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This guesthouse is very clean and cozy. The owner is super nice, the accommodation is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. Plus, the price is really reasonable. I highly recommend it!
