Old Englisch style, many old portrait paintings. Breakfast was great. Very tidy. Hotel parking underground, small. Pick up a key at reception.Personel very friendly.

The Business-Room is lovable and it feels like home (with access to the garden). Everything in the room/bathroom was fine & available.

Daily room cleaning with attentive staff. The area is quiet with a pharmacy and several highly rated dining options. A tram is in front with a station just meters away.

Lovely little boutique hotel, very quaint. Room was very clean and the service from staff was lovely. It was a lovely gesture to leave a token cake each morning. We were unable to try out the morning breakfast as we had other plans. The only thing we missed was the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, a mini fridge and a lift. But the location of the hotel was spot on as we were near local shops and convenience stores. The fact the tram was right outside the hotel was a bonus and you could not hear the noise outside when you were in the room. We would definitely come back again as the location was convenient for us visiting family.

Beautiful hotel, it felt newly decorated. Very friendly welcome, stunning room on the top floor overlooking the front but so quiet. The most comfortable bed and pillows (my back was very thankful). Book breakfast, the selection and quality was amazing. Tip: the tram stops right outside with three options (so no wait) to get in to the centre with only four stops, You can get a ticket on the platform. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

Correct service. The room very spacious. Check-in at 11, a bit early. Good location for visiting Little Tokyo and the museums.
What we liked least was the mattress on the bed. We have slept very badly.
