This family-owned inn is the last of its kind in Hamburg! The owners are accommodating and welcoming to everyone who stays! They serve a limited menu and the restaurant is booked weeks in advance. The beer is amazing and available anytime you need. I highly recommend this hotel!

A spotless hotel with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The room's, in terms of decor are slightly outdated, however, this adds to its charm and the hotel itself, is much older than the frontage suggests. The bed is always extremely comfy and I always sleep well here. The restaurant's food is extremely good, I just very much wish there was a non-alcoholic alternative available to the high quality beers on tap. Given the proximity to the business park and requirements for mindful drinking by their clientele, I do hope they consider this in the near future. But again, I'm extremely fond of this hotel.

Great hotel family owned with wonderful service. Restaurant is very good we tried the fish and pork. They have great beer on draft and expresso machine which was always available. Room was very clean and it was serviced daily. Will definitely come back and stay.

Warm and friendly welcome, smiling and competent staff, professional service, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. A comfortable, airy room predisposes everything to relaxation. The cuisine is neat, the proximity of a park makes it a charming place. Everything is perfect.

We went to Krupunder Park for dinner on Friday, reserved a table outside at 6:30 p.m., orders and drinks went very quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait 75 minutes for food, which was very heavy. When the food came and my wife said it took a long time, unfortunately the waitress said NOTHING. That can be done better, I would have expected that after 30 minutes they would have said briefly, unfortunately it will still take a while, but not, that wasn't good and that can be done better. The positive: the food as always, great quality and tasted very good. Due to the long waiting time and only because of that, no full score.

Geht gar nicht. Schmutzige Zimmer (fremde Haare im Bett, kein Toilettenpapier, Teppich verdreckt, Zimmerbeleuchtung funktioniert auch nicht richtig). Zudem schlechter Service (im Restaurant wird man schlichtweg ignoriert, Personal tippt lieber auf dem Smartphone).
