Cocoa Boutique Hotel

The Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation. The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception! The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade. The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return. We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.

Very nice staff - fast, efficient, kind and welcoming. Quiet surroundings, ok pool, nice food. The building itself is old, so overall a very good place.

The hotel is by the beach, so it has nice views. The rooms are very suspicious, but the hotel is a bit old and in need of renovation! Their staff or service is too slow!

We have enjoyed the high level politeness and professionalism of the staff. But amenities and furniture needs to be renewed .. Nice huge room with the high ceilings, but at the end of the day, air conditioner did not work… There were two air conditioners so the MAIN worked good Very nice beautiful location close to the beautiful clean beach Highly recommended , strong four grade

This is the worst place u will ever stay. Old, rusty flooding balcony , dirty pool, bad food, no hot water then no cold water, nothing works! We checked out the next day and they refused to give us a refund. DO NOT stay at this place, you will REGRET it!

Just don’t do it! I have never ever experienced anything like it! Don’t go! Left, was given option to transfer to sister hotel Cocoa Luxury hotel, jeez! Musty, damp, felt like it was a minus one star guest house! Paid extra to move to a better hotel! What a difference! Seriously do not fool yourself by photos it’s the worse hotel ever!

Great food, great staff, nice and friendly environment for people like us who want quiet environment, good food and just to relax. Salim and team makes the place feel like home. Clean pool and rooms. Should try the lamb chops and beef fillet. Friendly environment for kids too

The hotel is in Nyali. It's very private with a great view of the beach. The meals are great. The staff is very friendly. Their rooms are spacious and most have the beach view. They have a beautiful swimming pool facing the beach. They have grounds for other sports or events.
