There was no ability to check in at all as no one answered the bell nor the telephone numbers written on the door for already booked rooms. There was none there.
I did not stay at the the hotel city loft.

Whole experience was great, front counter staff was friendly and extremely helpful suggesting restaurants. Family room was very spacious and large private washroom. Breakfast had a large variety of foods and juices to cater to everyone's taste.

Prachtige grote kamer met parketvloer. Stopcontacten naast het bed,kleerkast met kluisje ,koffie en theefaciliteiten met waterkoker, koelkast aan het bureau. Nette badkamer met kleine douche ,lavabo en toilet.Eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet en gratis parkeren op het terrein. Gelegen nabij Reydt centrum en 15 min van station Reydt hbf. na 1 halte ben je in Mönchengladbach hbf.perfect hotel als je met de wagen rond de stad wil blijven.

Die Zimmerrreinigung war nicht so gut, nur das allernötigste. Mobiliar abgewohnt und die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel, aber mittlerweile schein es so das nicht genügend Personal vorhanden ist um die anfallenden Arbeiten zu bewältigen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Ebenso das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit war Fehlanzeige. Man hatte den Eindruck das das Personal eher lustlos ihren Aufgaben nach kam. Schade!! Es war mal wesentlich besser
