Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moncton

Staff were kind and helpful, and also understanding of a few particular requests! We will be back :)

I would never stay at holiday inn again I rented the best room that was supposed to have full kitchen and I could tell from the pics online that it had a glass top stove with a range hood but the stove was gone and a piece of stained wood was in its place so I couldn’t cook 300$ worth of friggen food I brought too cook for my girlfriends birthday I told the staff and they said they would do something for me but didn’t Then Saturday morning around 1130am I took my girlfriend out to lunch because I couldn’t cook in there and during that time the reception that day gave my room to another customer who went into my room with all my things and money in there and I find out because my hotel keys no longer work when we come back from lunch and I had to go back down to main floor talk to reception and she reprogrammed our key cards and explained what happened I asked for something too cook on again and was told I would get it but it never happened also our blinds where electric and they stopped working in our room which they fixed that but. Nothing else plus there were kids running around all day and night knocking on our doors and running away it’s was a disaster of a weekend and I’m disappointed about all of it so much so that I started booking my hotels my last 2 stays threw someone else

The hotel is well situated just off of the Trans Canada Highway. The rooms were clean and there is a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is ample parking out front.

Good stay. Front desk was pleasant. I had breakfast and the attendant told me I would ruin breakfast for others because I didnt close the lid tight. Very rude, my mistake but didn’t need to be rude/short Food was decent, room was clean. I was in 208 so just above the main entrance. I could hear people outside talking. The hand soap used is very perfumey But bathroom spacious, room was spacious. Had a nice work space and pillows and bed we’re comfortable

It was our first time staying there but it won't be our last. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our weekend and look forward to next November.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was excellent. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The breakfast area was great and the breakfast selection was great. The location of the hotel was great and we would definitely stay there again .

The staff and rooms where great breakfast was warm maybe because there was a hockey tournament going on so very busy.

The location of the property was good and the room was clean. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the water filling station. It would be nice to have a handheld shower head in the bathrooms. The pool wasn't working. It would be nice to have more vegetarian options at breakfast like a plain omelette or veggie omelette instead of with ham. People who enjoy their breakfast meats had plenty of sausage etc. We were looking forward to the cinnamon rolls that Holiday Inn is known for but there weren't any.
