Glory Inn Downtown Moncton

Reviews we mixed. The couple who run this bent over backwards to make us happy. They have very little English,  but lots of warmth. If you are the type of person whod be happy in a hostel then this works. You are downtown Moncton, maybe not the smartest spot. The bedroom/bathroom was clean and I slept well. They own two houses in the street. We had access to a kitchen, but maybe not the cleanest. If you like a sharp clean motel, then this isn't for you. If you are more adventurous then try meeting this couple. I was touched when the husband waved goodbye. 💙

The room was quaint, cute, clean and well maintained. The owners are very warm, friendly, and readily available to your needs. I opted into breakfast and for $6 they fed me well :) Can't beat the price and it gets the job done! The owners are good people.

Convient downtown area, price was great for a comfortable place to sleep. If you plan to sleep there and be away most of the day, it's perfect.

Our room was very cramped and smelt stuffy. Tired old furniture with stains and a stained, dirty rug. Small tv that has seen better days, not a clear picture (snowy).Our bathroom was outside our room in the shared space so was open to anyone else who would like to use it even if it was designated as our private bathroom. The bath came with hair behind the door and in the bathtub. Plus we didnt feel that we could leave anything in the bathroom as anyone could take/use it. The airconditioner is a portable stand up one that only had one speed-high and very noisy. The positive was the bed was comfortable but had flat as pancake pillows.

what we did not like was the kitchen very not clean there was food on the stove and the fridge wasnotclean. The owner toldun that someone in another room made some cooking. That person should have clean the kitchenafter use.We wanted 2 beds but we has adouble bed

Very friendly owners of a duplex. Room was clean and modern though other areas were dated I.e.. kitchen and living room. We had a queen/twin room with an ensuite and shared other areas with the other room on the main floor. Breakfast was nice and was made by owners and included coffee eggs and toast. Owners did not speak good English or French but we figured it out! Nothing fancy but clean and comfy.

Lady owner was nice. The bed was uncomfortable. New pillows are a must. Building needs some TLC. Ledges and edges of baseboards were caked with dust.
