Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.

I've never experienced such unprofessional service as my stay at this hotel. The room was fine, and the check in experience was good. The problem started when I checked out. I saw two different charges of $190 and $110, in addition to the temporary hold on my card, even when I had already paid for the room through a travel website. When I asked for more information, the guest services informed me that they're busy and will try and get more information, and looks like one of the charges was put on my card by mistake. They still can't find the other one. This should have been rectified and brought to my attention proactively, instead of me finding out and following up with them multiple times. Not trustworthy at all. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism showcased at a Marriott property.

As it was an overseas hotel, the amenities were not very complete. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and the staff were very kind.

Found a sock in the bed; the pool area was fairly disappointing. The site said pool opens at 7 so we went down around then. Waterslide (main reason we came to this hotel) wasn't turned on and the front desk told us someone would be there between 7 and 730. I called down to the front desk around 745 and they said the waterslide opens at 8. So we waited til 830 and still no one had come. The towels were also completely depleted and there was a full basket of them. It hadn't been cleaned in there. There was a lot of hair in the pool and lots of noticeable rust and debris at the bottom of the waterslide.
I found staff to be kind and the restaurant was by far the best part.
I don't believe I will be attending this hotel again sadly.

Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Our room was a little cold but other then that very nice. We asked for extra towls but dident receive any, the hotel was packed so iam sure it was a oversight. The pool was nice and they have a water slide that was a big hit with the kids!

We were placed on a floor with 2-3inir hockey teams. While the kids had a blast, it sounded like a heard of elephants in the hallway day & night.
