What a lovely guest house. Warm and friendly, very helpful staff. Large spacious rooms with their own patios overlooking the gardens and vineyards. Generous breakfast. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay in the charming town of Montagu! The Vineyard Country House was the perfect escape — peaceful, beautifully appointed, and full of character. Estelle, the owner, was absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge. The breakfast was a true highlight: fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. We felt so well cared for and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and cottages, rooms, very warm welcome and useful explanations, very clean and good size swimming pool with space for sleeping chairs. Room no 5 in the breakfast building was gorgeous, large dimension, very confortable bedding, patio with outside shower, lovely flowers and bassin, view on the mountain range, I loved it ! Breakfast is one of the best ever had in RSA, the fruit salad in very small slices was delicious, service is at the top in a beautiful garden. I will definitely come back !

The mountain view room was beautiful, private, clean and had everything you might need. The swimming pool was crystal clear. Elleen and Hein were very helpful and the breakfast delicious.
