Terrible stay do not book the hotel! The review forces me to give it one circle, which I would NOT. I don't understand how a hotel in these conditions is still open! The room stank, an unbearable smell of sweaty feet impregnated the room, it was really disgusting. There was no one at reception to help us at night. We couldn't breathe, we got dizzy from the smell and we couldn't sleep with the window open because we were freezing in the middle of February and there was a horrible noise of engines from some machinery outside. It occurred to us to impregnate a bath towel with strawberry-scented soap and try to sleep with our nose tied to the towel, when we took our nose away from there we got dizzy from the smell of feet. Terrible, very surreal everything. Never in our lives have we been in a hotel so bad, it should not be categorized as a hotel. The hotel did not respond to our formal complaints. For your own good, don't book it.

Booked room arrived before 8 p.m as we were hungry we went into the restaurant ( in the compound )first having clocked the check in screen outside ! At 8.30 ish we proceeded to try and check in and the outside computer had been disconnected .We phoned all the emergency phone numbers . The platform also tried to phone the numbers to no avail. I live in the road and have stayed at this chain often .This one is a disgrace to the brand .
Confronted the receptionist the next morning and she played dumb

87€ la nuitée avec le petit déjeuner. Le restaurant attenant n’était pas encore ouvert. Il faut donc ressortir de l’hôtel et rajouter le tarif d’un repas. Le même process que certaines chaînes, passé 21h le rideau se baisse et il n’y a plus personne à la réception. Le personnel est agréable. La chambre est très correcte, la sdb légèrement exiguë.

Bien que la chambre soit confortable nous n'avons pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit, chauffage bruyant, une boite de nuit à proximité et donc juste en face de l’hôtel de jeunes fêtards se saoulent dans la rue au rythme de musiques assourdissantes de leur autoradio. Le gérant sollicité pour faire intervenir les forces de l'ordre a répondu à un de nos amis que ce n'était pas à lui de le faire, mais au client..... Le lendemain matin, nous étions un groupe de 47 personnes, nous avons dû patienter 25 minutes avant de nous servir un café, car une seule machine pour tout le monde et pour toute les boissons chaudes. De plus les viennoiseries étaient de la veille et donc réchauffées.

De passage pour un séjour professionnelle, l'endroit n'est vraiment pas accueillant, hormis les filles de la reception qui sont très souriant, l'environement est d'une froideur énorme.
Les femmes qui font le ménage à l'étage, n'ont aucun respect pour les clients, elles braillent des le matin, impossible de dormir ou même de travailler avec le bruit qu'elles font, c'est très désagreable.

Sur la route des vacances, nuit étape. Hôtel idéalement situé prés de l'autoroute; aucun désagrément car très bien insonorisé. Accueil très chaleureux, le sourire est de mise chez tout le personnel. Chambre spacieuse, bien agencée, grande salle de bains, lit confortable . Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Petit déjeuner très bien, fruits frais de saison , ça change des pommes, bananes. Le restaurant l'Ardoise qui jouxtait l'hôtel, ce qui était bien pratique, est fermé manifestement définitivement.

Accueil très sympathique, très bon petit déjeuner copieux ; les points négatifs : les variations de température de l'eau de la douche (même si nous sommes prévenus par des affichettes, cela surprend toujours), ainsi que les portes des chambres qui sont bruyantes (le système à carte oblige à claquer la porte pour la refermer, pas très discret)

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité d'accueil de tout le personnel, y compris les dames de service et de ménage. Merci à tous ! Chambre assez grande, literie impeccable, salle de bains correcte. Seul point à améliorer : la clim un peu trop bruyante.
