La Principessa Tuscan farmhouse with pool on wine road of Montecarlo-Lucca

The villa is excellent with everything you need. The setting and views are amazing. We loved every moment of it.

Tuscany with friends It was very nice, house could use some small improvements a clock in the bedrooms and a small dresser a medicine cabinet or something to store toiletries in the bathroom .Arianna was unbelievable she took care of any issue immediately.

Peace and tranquility Lovely property in a beautiful location, very attentive owners, it doesn't get much better than this.

Nothing short of perfect! I first have to mention Erika and Arianna, both amazing throughout the whole process, communication before, during and after! The house was immaculate and location perfect. Close to grocery store. Was able to take many side trips from this location. Many restaurant choices close by. The restaurant “within walking” distance was very close, we never walked given no sidewalks along the winding road but was close enough to do so if chose to. I cannot say enough about the house, the fact each bedroom had an en suite bathroom was perfect, the setting among the olive trees stunning. The breeze in the evenings was wonderful. We did use the AC quite a bit given the warm temperatures, mostly during the day, it was quite nice to have the windows open in the evenings, and the price for the use of the AC was extremely reasonable! I was pleasantly surprised. The olive oil and wine tour was fun too! Pool days, bbqing, visiting other areas/restaurants, etc., we could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you! I am recommending the property to my friends and plan on returning, hopefully sooner versus later. Thank you so very much for a perfect vacation!
