Hotel Florida

We arrived at the Hotel, the girl who welcomed us was very nice. We decided to buy breakfast for €4 more per person, it wasn't bad. But the woman who cleans the rooms threw away a bag that we had left on the dresser with all the toiletries we had bought at Carrefour, deodorant, panties, toothbrushes, sanitary pads, everything new and just bought, but the woman decided that it was garbage and threw EVERYTHING away, I told the owner who corroborated things with the employee and they only said that it had been a mistake and that she thought it was to be thrown away because it was on the table. Not an apology €75 in the trash. We had bought all this because in Rome they stole all our suitcases (they opened the rental car and emptied it all while we were eating) so we had to buy everything from panties to pads and tampons, it seemed like a lack of care and very little attention to the owner. The hotel is old and the beds are not very comfortable, it lacks cleaning (the floor was full of blonde hair everywhere) and the bathroom is very dilapidated as well as the closets. The good thing is that it is in the center of town and it is very beautiful, it is far from Florence and Pisa, the parking area is paid.

I only stayed one night, the hotel is easy to reach from the station, it's in the centre, the people are very kind, they have a nice little dog. The TV could be seen well, the wifi worked, there are machines to buy water and snacks 24 hours a day. I was able to leave my luggage at check out

to start the psizione is excellent in the center and near the station .... But it needs a good renovation, broken bathroom handle, peeling tub, broken slats. Very superficial cleaning. The low price, minimalist breakfast. Still helpful staff.

Good place to spend a few days

I was in this hotel from 26 to 28 February, with family and other friends to see the carnival of Viareggio and Pisa. The hotel is family run and is clean and very welcoming, just like the owners who made us feel immediately at home. The breakfast is international. We ate at their restaurant called "Il Corsaro Verde" and were very happy with it. I also recommend this hotel for the competitive price. If I return to Montecatini, I will stay there again.

We had a very good time. The location is strategic if you want to visit the center by taking a walk. The restaurant connected to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, a play area for the little ones and excellent pizza.

Hotel in the center of Montecatini, very welcoming and I must add very honest owners

Very close to the montecatini centro railway station and close to the main square, this slightly old-fashioned but clean and decent hotel has all the comforts. Excellent value for money. Terme Redi easily reachable on foot. Recommended

Only one night for personal reasons but very kind and professional night porter, even though we had arrived at midnight.
