Hotel Fattoria Belvedere

The big catfish of a hotel. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a comfort room and were given an economy bunch room and then expected to pay for the comfort room. It was an absolute joke, The pool water was green and looked unswimable. Luckily we were only there for work and not for some r&r and managed to spent as little time at the accomodation. The free breakfast was stale cakes and breads and cereals. Would never go back and would give it a zero star if possible.

Sunken, worn out, not updated since the 1970s. Rusty and broken shower, broken tiles and yellow toilet seat. Breakfast below all criticism. Unfresh beds that were also broken. The pool area is worn out. Unfriendly staff who did not take any notice of the problem with ant invasion in the bathroom and in the beds. Or the broken AC that did not cool but only made noise. We left the hotel after 2 days even though we paid for 1 week. In addition, they lend the pool to school classes who come and swim during the days when you lie and sunbathe by the pool. Misleading pictures that they put out for hotel advertising! Does not match reality The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I do not know how it can be 4 stars. Should not even get 1 star.

Don’t go - anymore HAS BEEN - a nice hotel However maintainence seemed to have ended 10 years ago Food was terrible - I mean really bad. When you cannot even prepare bacon in the morning you have just stopped trying. Worst lasagne ever Pool guy and service the highlight of the week and his food better than restaurant

Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements.

4 STELLE REGALATE. Mi spiace ma devo ammettere che questa struttura ha di buono solo la posizione. Ad un primo sguardo lo stabile si presenta bene immerso nella natura. Ha la piscina, il parco giochi per i bimbi, parcheggio coperto, ecc ecc. Poi pero scopri che le camere hanno un arredo che dire datato è riduttivo (camere però pulite). Il buffet della colazione è decisamente povero di prodotti e di qualità (marmellate che trovo in un qualsiasi b&b di fascia bassa, mini brioche insapori, frutta insesiste, parte salata nemmeno il minimo indispensabile), senza nemmeno le diciture degli antiallergenici, con una presentazione e disposizione da mensa. I muri scrostati e l'arredo della sala anch'esso datato. La piscina bella ma con pavimentazione completamente rotta e ombrelloni anneriti dal tempo. il gestore del bar in piscina simpatico e alla mano. Parcheggio coperto si ma pieno di buche nello sterrato, erba attorno mai tagliata e attrezzature varie buttate o appoggiate dove capita. La cura del dettaglio non è di casa. Non posso dire nulla del personale in quanto non ho avuto modo di interagire se non al check. Mi spiace perchè potrebbe avere un valore adeguato alla cifra che io comunque vado a pagare come hotel 4 stelle, ma è tutto lasciato in dregrado. Dalle 4 stelle mi apetto ed esigo il servizio ed il locale da 4 stelle.

The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too.
