Stay was pleasant, food nice in the restaurant. Only thing no water in the room or tea /coffee facilities

Stayed 2 nights, a convenient no frills hotel situated just around the corner from the hip strip, close to Doctors Cave beach, and less than 10 mins from the airport. The restaurant/food was 10/10! The night manager Carlene was very helpful and polite. The hotel itself is a little tired, but for the location and staff, could not fault them!. Great for a short stay.

Toby's is always the place to be, Staff are very friendly and everywhere is clean.

Everything was ok apart from the shower was rather poor

Everything was more than we expected Staff was very friendly and approachable and was willing to accommodate everything we asked of them. The breakfast was amazing with very good choices. All in all, it was an excellent stay. I will definitely return

Nice people, good location, but the room was full of bugs on the floor, and mosquitoes biting us. AC didn't run on fan on during the night which is disruptive. It was very noisy, which we knew about from reading reviews, even during quiet time. 

I enjoyed my stay at Toby’s . My rooms were beautiful for the three of us. The staff members were very friendly from the front desk to the security guards and housekeepers. Special shout out to Wilton he made our day starting with breakfast in the dining room. The food was great and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed only one night and really nice cozy hotel.

Great, excellent environment, very nice, comfortable, fantastic, a very cost-effective hotel in Jamaica. The surrounding environment is superb.

We requested a room with twin beds, but were initially given one with a double bed. However, the room could easily be changed. The room we were given was not ready, the floor was wet, the beds were only half-made, and we only received towels after asking for them.
