This hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. The welcome snack is a lovely gesture. The only issue was that there were no slippers in the room and we had to ask for them more than once. Otherwise everything was great.

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments

Yes, one can locate a newer hotel with more amenities; however, S Hotel has everything needed to enjoy Jamaica within an easy commute. It is a Jamaican owned hotel staffed by locals. A wonderful selection of freshly prepared food and beverages were always available. Spa services were easily booked. Free and low-cost activities were available all day. There were very few service delays. While staff appreciated tips, one didn't feel obligated to carry cash. The hotel was safe for an all-girls' trip. We relaxed in the ocean, did water aerobics in the pool, attempted to learn Jamaican dance steps, learned about coffee and rum,...the experiences were varied and available. Go. Renew. Refresh.

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

The room itself was very nice! The specialty restaurant near the lobby was not good at all, and the waitress was even worse. Zero personality. Great staff other than at that restaurant and bar. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel experience...more middle of the road. Convenient to airport, but not what I expected it to be.

Staff were wonderful, food was delicious and the beach was clean. The clubs and Margarita was walking distance.This resort was amazing will only stay here in here when visiting Jamaica.
