Hotel with very nice spa. Good food, extensive, changing daily menu. Nice, clean room - that is Vital Junior suite. Staff is friendly, but mostly do not understand English - hard to communicate. Very bad massages - would not recommend to book any.

The hotel , service, restaurant, rooms entertainment, front desk is 6 stars. Everyone so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. We had group of friends of 13 people and enjoyed it very much. We stayed at remodeled room on 3rd floor and two balconies with a view to the pools . Had amazing experience.

Very clean hotel with excellent staff, Nice restaurant with a nice winelist. We played golf 3 times , visited Padova, Verona and Bolgna during our 5 days stay. and every evenig after our busy days of vacation, the thermal pool was the excellent relaxation.

Excellent experience. Will be back. Management and Staff care for the guests . Very tasteful decoration of all the items, furniture, object of arts and general display. Congratulations to to the Architect who has selected and designed every item carefully.

Very good hotel. From the check-in you get an exclusive feeling. The staff are very welcoming and gives you a feeling of home away from home. The room was big and nice. The hotel has a parking lot so very easy to come with the car. Breakfast was very good, buffe style, with lots of different dishes to choose from. The omelet, pancakes and hot drinks are served to the table. Dinner was also very good. We had HB which was excellent. The waiters were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the pools but didn’t have time for the SPA. Wi-fi worked well all over the hotel. Everyone from the hotel tried to make us feel good. When we left early, they prepared for us the night before some treats and coffee to go. We recommend this hotel which we enjoyed very much

I spent 3 lovely nights, It is must to take room starting Vital level.. Standard one I believe wouldn't give the same impressions. Overall SPA areas are of very good quality, There were many people during Easter holidays, but I didn't feel it like that. Hotel modern itself. Personel is very helpful and nice - everyone. Restaurant and Bistro food service is really very good and tasty - no need to go to outside restaurants. I was very happy to have Bistro service available with full mode meny during a day - so for those who don't eat in the evening it is great! I had my lunch /dinner at 17:00 and it was great! In Italy it is always a pain point for me - no possibility to eat normally before 19-20:00.. When I don't eat after 18:00. And thanks for SPA swimming pools opened till 23:00 - thats is amazing - and will make get back next time. As rare Hotels can provide such level of service

We stayed at this hotel over the winter holidays. The decorations were gorgeous, the staff very friendly, the rooms clean and the breakfast very good. We had an excellent time. We will definitely come back.

Perfect,1 small complaint,the fridge did not work…Speedy recovery ..very nice place to relax and enjoy a superior hotel with exelent food and super friendly staff,i wil recommendation to everybody..thanks
