Terme di Relilax Boutique Hotel & Spa

For 10 years now I have given myself a week at relilax before leaving for work. The reason is simple… I feel at home, not in a hotel, the staff welcomes me as if they have always known me, even those who don't know me. You eat very well, the quality of the products is top, and for me, who am celiac, I always find a great variety of choices. It doesn't take much to make a difference with people. They make me feel at home, always pampered with great discretion and then, which is not obvious to me, they also welcome my 2 dogs without ever making a fuss as elsewhere has happened to me.

A property with good potential that could, indeed, should meet all the criteria of a 5 star. Disappointment for the management of the restaurant area which presents critical issues both from the point of view of the offer and the service. Poor breakfast both qualitatively and quantitatively ... after nine just a buffet idea. Untreated outdoor swimming pool and surrounding garden (including furnishings). Staff in charge of serving guests in the pool practically absent. The evaluation of competent and available operators of the SPA was positive. The evaluation of the room cleaning service (junior suite) was positive with punctual linen changes.

Experience ok but not great. Starting from the positive things, we were lucky and the structure was not overly crowded (however I fear that on a busy day they would easily become too crowded). Saunas, emotional path, emotional showers, minipool, pleasant. The most valuable note is the extreme professionalism and courtesy of both the lady at the reception and all the female restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant (we opted for tuna tartar and lobster sandwitch) was also very good and well presented. The rooms in general are clean and welcoming. However, several aspects need to be improved. The cushions of the wooden deckchairs are uncomfortable: they are not fixed to the backrest and fold on themselves making it impossible to use the headrest, which is missing in some. Some of the male staff in the spa area are not particularly polite. Furthermore, during our stay a girl felt ill in the sauna and the staff seemed to handle the situation in an improvised and not reassuring way. More and more frequent checks would be needed in the pool area to prevent less polite guests from talking on the phone, using phones and iPads to watch videos without using headphones, etc., inevitably disturbing other guests. There should be a person constantly present in the pool room (perhaps also for safety reasons?). Finally, in this price range certain details cannot be overlooked: our bathrobes were totally crumpled with even holes. They were also extremely rough and uncomfortable due to the obvious multiple washes. It is not understandable how they can still be used in a structure of this caliber. Especially considering that a deposit of 10 euros is required for them. Our voucher included the "relilax flip flops" which for some guests were stylized with the relilax logo, in my case they were completely black flip flops without any brand, clearly a fallback. No practical consequences but a sign of poor attention to detail and image.

Environment that is confirmed as beautiful and elegant. I lived my mini vacation in peace and relaxation as I wanted. Breakfast is my favorite moment of the day and the relilax proves to be up to par for the wide choice of authentic and genuine products. The swimming pool is pleasant and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone who loves beauty and tranquility!

For the second time my girlfriend and I returned to Relilax for a few days of super relaxation. It is confirmed as an excellent hotel with spectacular pools overlooking the hills and above all open until 11.30pm, which means that you can soak even after dinner, under the stars, and it is beautiful. We had a couple massage twice, well done by 2 operators (male and female) who put us at ease and above all made us relax. We took half board with dinner and it was all of a high standard. For lunch we booked the bistro which is located in the swimming pool area where you can stay in your bathrobe. Super positive note the room: petite suite with Gessi bathroom and huge bed! We can't wait to give ourselves more days of relaxation! Thanks to all the Moreno staff

I was expecting more ... considering the cost and being a 5 star I really expected more. The service offered by the hotel, in general, definitely not worthy of a five star but of a three. I certainly suggest more training for the staff, such as the very nice Bistrot restaurant but with a strong disorganization then other different precautions such as the presence of courtesy water in different points of the structure accompanied by fruit, towels that were also absent should always be made available to the customer at different points and not concentrated in the only indoor pool abandoned on a miserable wooden table with only 3 well-folded towels. No. We are not there.

We spent a whole day at Relilax. Excellent spa services and indoor swimming pool, less attractive the outside. Bistro with quality food except for desserts, just enough. Wonderful Nicoletta during an aperitif with bubbles. An experience that we will try again during the winter.
