Castelmartini Wellness & Business Hotel

During the weekend we spent the night in this structure near Montecatini. The hotel is just a quarter of an hour from the Tuscan spa town, so it is a good accommodation for our travels. Good welcome, kindness and cordiality. Average room, bathroom equipped with all comforts, products, hairdryer and linen in perfect order. A few notes on the suboptimal water pressure, and on the toilet brush in the bathroom, the container stand in our opinion is definitely to be renewed. Too bad for the gym that we could not use as we arrived in the late afternoon. Recommended for its proximity to Montecatini

New hotel, located in the industrial area but very quiet. Well kept interiors, very comfortable clean room with new, functional and clean bathroom. All the staff are polite, courteous and kind. In the morning we went out well before the breakfast start time, despite this we were offered coffee and cappuccino and anything else available at the time. No parking problems

Splendid hotel I have not had the chance to find a negative note .. spotless rooms, 5 star cuisine .. but the positive note is the welcome of the owner Marco .. a superlative special person who puts you at ease and makes you feel like one family and not a guest who pays for the stay and go ... I will be back for sure and I also invite those looking for a superlative welcome to go to this structure..thanks Marco and staff☺️

All excellent: room, facilities, welcome, meals and service. In the industrial area of Larciano, ample free parking with the car you can move comfortably between the areas of Pistoia, Lucca, Florence and Siena. Possibility to use the new spa on the first floor of the hotel given exclusively for 90 min. upon reservation and for a fee (bathrobe and slippers are also included in the price).

Arrivato per lavoro , recensioni buone foto hotel belle . Zone comuni rispecchiano quanto visto in foto per il resto camera con moquette, letto molto scomodo , riscaldamento rumoroso , in bagno Vasca con box tutto arrugginito , odore nei corridoi molto sgradevole. Colazione nella media personale gentile.

Prenotato una sola notte in questa struttura per spezzare un viaggio che mi doveva portare nelle Marche. Struttura nuovissima, pulitissima dotata di ogni confort. Mi è stato permesso un check in anticipato. Al mio arrivo ho trovato del personale molto accogliente e gentile. Camera ampia e ben climatizzata. Al mattino una sala colazione impeccabile ci ha accolti: un'offerta di cibo imperdibile, dal dolce al salato e anche qui un'addetta sorridente è disponibile. Dimenticavo un gradito optional...... Un posto auto nel garage sotterraneo! Tutto questo per neppure 60 euro a notte la matrimoniale!!!!!!! Da tornare e consigliare!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour étape (2 chambres pour 2 adultes et 2 ados). Nous en avons été enchantés. Un vrai 3 étoiles français, relativement moderne, avec un beau et bon restaurant, de qualité mais abordable. Superbe PDJ. Personnel très aimable et attentif. Literie très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour de fin août samedi soir. Situé au calme près d'une petite zone industrielle locale, avec vaste parking.

È una cosa che dovevo fare da tempo ...ma l’ho sempre rimandata... L’hotel Castelmartini è forse l’esempio lampante di come dovrebbero essere le strutture alberghiere. Per lavoro sono sempre in giro per l’Italia. Se tutti gli hotel fossero come il Castelmartini sarebbe un piacere stare in trasferta. Credo che questo avvenga perché l’hotel abbia un’anima, unita da tutto lo staff che lo gestisce e che lo coccola. Mi sento quasi di dire che quando non pernotto per lungo periodo in questo hotel, mi comincia a mancare... ovviamente non è l’hotel che mi manca, ma tutte le persone che ci lavorano... dalla reception alla cucina...nessuno escluso. Bisogna fare un plauso alle persone che “ci mettono la faccia” ogni giorno (una menzione particolare ad Elena ...”con permesso”...). Tuttavia, come in una grande orchestra, tutto suona a tempo grazie al direttore Daniele, sempre al posto giusto al momento giusto, con una soluzione a qualsiasi problema (nel caso ce ne fossero), attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, sempre educato, garbato, potrei dire ormai quasi uno di famiglia. Per lui una sola parola: ...chapeau. Ovviamente (the last but not the least) come non parlare di Marco, come un jolly in un mazzo di carte da gioco, lo trovi dappertutto e non ha paura di “sporcarsi le mani”, che è riuscito a trovare non dipendenti, ma belle persone che rappresentano con la loro professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia l’anima dell’hotel Castelmartini. Buon lavoro e un abbraccio a tutti.

Hotel essenziale, moderno, personale gentile e disponibile. Situato in una zona commerciale ma avendo pernotatto di sabato tranquilla. Buona e abbondante la colazione. Possibiità di parcheggiare in un garage.
