It is the second time we have come to the village, both times bringing more than 30 people. The village is really cute. The individual apartments are well equipped and very welcoming. What didn't go well, unfortunately, was the treatment. Covid has, unfortunately, affected our way of traveling and also the way of welcoming. Before leaving we took swabs to make sure we didn't create an outbreak in Borgo Poggiardelli. There have been positives and contacts of positives whose consequence was to cancel a small apartment. We didn't think it would be a problem since we were bringing 28 paying people to the facility. Also given the global criticality, we thought we would find more humanity on the part of the structure. However, it wasn't exactly like that. They re-rented the apartment at a lower price and made us pay the difference they didn't earn having re-rented it for less. We were also charged for an extra night which they were unable to re-rent. We also paid for the presence of a dog and the wood present in each apartment. Having said this, I cannot recommend Borgo Poggiardelli, but in my opinion in critical situations such as Covid, we need to think more about customers than God Money.
