Immersed in the Florentine countryside, a promise of peace and tranquility fully respected. Davide, with a smile, welcomed our noisy group of 20 people (10 adults and 10 children). Affable, helpful and "professional", he put himself at our complete disposal. The apar**ents are spacious and well looked after. The view of the surrounding forest is truly priceless. The only noises, if they can be defined as such, are the chirps of the many birds present. If you are lucky you may have a fleeting encounter with foxes, hares, wild boars, roe deer, mofettes, as well as herons and ducks that live in the nearby stream. Centrally located with respect to the major centers of Tuscany, it is certainly recommended for groups and families. The breakfast offered is complete and fully satisfactory. A special mention to the scrambled eggs with bacon, which Davide cooks on the spot. At guests' disposal there is a well-equipped barbecue area with ping pong and table football. If you want to stop for a lunch or aperitif in the structure, the choice of cured meats and cheeses, as well as craft beers, will give you great satisfaction.

Very beautiful location that offers its best in good weather. Davide, the resident manager, very helpful and hospitable. Ideal place to disconnect from stress and recharge your batteries. Breakfast good but international and not typical Tuscan. Clean rooms except for the shower which also had a malfunctioning spout.

A sublime haven of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Maurizio and David are very attentive to their guests, taking great care. Hearty and very varied breakfast. Tasting of the property's wines with platters of local products by the pool. An exceptional place for a peaceful and soothing stopover.

We stayed in this property during the mid-August period. Peace and relaxation rated 10 with honors. The place is really beautiful, totally surrounded by greenery but at the same time convenient for reaching the various nearby villages. The houses equipped with every comfort. The cleanliness is the thing that surprised me the most because it is not easy to maintain such a high level when you are immersed in nature. The swimming pool is quite large. A real gem is the barbecue area! Overall, our experience was more than positive and we will definitely return.

I went with my family in early August. Impeccable cleanliness and the new managers attentive and available to our every request. A round of applause for the breakfast with everything very fresh and very abundant. A wonderful place to stay in all the peace and tranquility and to disconnect from the routine. It is very convenient for reaching and visiting Florence. The clean swimming pool is very popular with both adults and children. We promised ourselves to return in September, now a place saved in the ♥️ 5 stars because I couldn't give more 😀
