Great food and drinks in a friendly casual setting. Service was really good and our fish was perfectly cooked. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend if staying in the area. Loved our stay in beautiful Costa Rica and we would love to return.

We were looking for a place to eat on a Friday night and happened to pick this restaurant by chance. We certainly lucked out! Both our meals were delicious. Service was prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend it for good food in an informal setting and at a great price.

After a week traveling in Costa Rica, my lunch and dinner at Allison was the best food I’ve had. Definitely a skilled chef in the kitchen. I highly recommend the ayote cream soup. Hot and hearty, it guards well against the cool days in Monteverde. They offer a good variety of local dishes as well as global favorites. They also do your laundry at the best price I found.

Lovely afternoon lunch and much needed after the morning spent ziplining! Local food was delicious - would highly recommend the Casado with Tilapia. Tasty meal with exceptional service. Alisson was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make sure we got everything we needed!

A lovely spot with impeccable service and a tasty meal. The host Juank was very attentive and went out of his way to provide great service with a smile.. The restaurant is in a great location of Monteverde. Great selection of wines and spirits. Would definitely return.

Best Casado in the city. Good value that tastes like fine dining. Also get the soursop in water ( guanabana en agua)… you won’t regret it! They have parking and outdoor dining and the friendliest owner. It is right by the Cerro Plano lookout. Go look at the sunset and then walk a few minutes and have a great dinner.

Very happy to find in this sweet new spot in Monteverde. Good pasta with shrimp and good rice and shrimp for hubby and me! Plus we danced to American romantic music! Good service too! We recommend this new place, 1 year old. Kind people who own this place!
