The condo can sleep up to 8 people with a California king bed, 2 full size beds, and a sleeper sofa.
TV’s are in the living room and both bedrooms. All have streaming capability. A DVD player is in the living room. There are a few DVD’s located in the TV stand in the living room. Games can be found under the kitchen peninsula counter.
The master bathroom has a soaker tub.
Your kitchen has all utensils to cook and serve, plus a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, and a washer and dryer in the closet of hall bathroom. Also, a propane grill is located on the side deck.
Living area has a sleeper sofa and a nice cozy fireplace. You can find sheets, pillows, and blankets in the coffee table.

Gap Mercantile is located in quaint Caddo Gap, AR. The overnight rental is part of the actual historical Gap Mercantile, an old general store that was built in 1932. The store is still in operation and is open to the public during the summer season Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 4 and winter season Friday and Saturday 10 to 4. You will have the cottage area in the back of the store that was renovated to accommodate overnight guests that has its own private entrance. This rental is just a short walk from the Caddo River.
The 650 square foot Mercantile Cottage is located in the back of the historic Gap Mercantile building. It features two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, as well as a roomy living area, along with a kitchenette where simple meals can be prepared using a microwave or toaster oven. There's also a small refrigerator and a dining area that seats six.
