WERFY Luxury Apart-Hotel

The hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot. The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine. However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building. Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.

Because I trusted Ctrip Youxiang to recommend the 4-Diamond Hotel, but there was no sign, reception, parking lot, or even a receptionist when I arrived at the venue. There is only one young man running around upstairs and downstairs. I immediately called Ctrip to apply for a cancellation of the order, as the 1200 yuan hotel did not even have a sign or front desk, and the goods were severely mismatched. So Ctrip called and texted the hotel, and the hotel staff told me on site that they wouldn't answer the phone that night. We didn't know if there was a qualified hotel like this, and this service made us husband and wife feel that our personal safety was not guaranteed. So, for safety reasons, we spent 1400 yuan again at midnight to check into the Hilton hotel. The complaint has been pending for two days without a reasonable explanation from Ctrip, and Ctrip ultimately did not receive a reasonable explanation from the hotel. As a result, we lost more than half of our expenses, which amounted to over 590 yuan. Due to poor hotel attitude and lack of communication, it is strongly not recommended.因为信任携程优享会推荐4钻酒店，但去到现场没有招牌，没有接待，没有停车场，连个接待的人开始都没有。只有一个小哥楼上楼下到处跑。第一时间打电话给携程申请订单取消，因为1200元的酒店连个招牌、前台都没有，严重货不对板。于是携程打电话和短信给酒店，酒店方人员现场告诉我他们不会接听电话那天晚上，这样的不知道有没有资质的酒店，这样的服务让我们夫妻感觉到人身安全得不到保证，于是为了安全，凌晨12点再次消费1400元入住希尔顿酒店。投诉已经二天得不到携程网合理的解释，携程最终也得不到酒店的合理解释，最后我们损失了590多的一半费用。由于酒店态度差不沟通，强烈不推荐。

We had a wonderful stay! Location is great, the apartment is super clean, super easy check in process and Rachid was so accommodating and kind during our stay. Highly recommend!
