M Montreal Hostel Reviews

Clean, well run hostel. Room was good & staff tidied it every day. Kitchen was large and well equipped. The only criticism I have is that kitchen was filled with teenage school groups that swooped in occupied the kitchen,, leaving no room for others. I can't blame the hostel for that as it is important for their business, but I did feel pushed out by the groups.

Staff was welcoming, really helpful, and friendly! Room was clean and spacious. Complete amenities. It was my first time traveling alone and staying in a hostel and I definitely recommend one 😊

Great hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable. The location is central, just be mindful of the junkies outside. Not all will agree but there are too many pot heads in the smoking area that give this skunk smell outside. And I didn't appreciate that we couldn't access the balcony, apparently to 'protect' residents from the noise(??). Now this is weird, allowing ***** everywhere but not travellers chatting on balconies. Then do not advertise the balconies maybe?

Good location and activities

I recommend this hotel to people who travel Montreal and Quebec. The location is not that bad. It is easy to get train station. Everything is clean and private curtain for all bed. Also, all staff are sooo nice!

I was so impressed this hostel. The hostel is surround by night-life and a festival operated near the hostel

Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy. But one thing need to beware is the drug ******* around the hotel.
