Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!

Nice hotel

This hotel is an extension to an old building in the city center. The old house is worth a visit. However, the hotel room windows are extremely small and can't be opened, making it feel like a prison. Staying there for a long time might make you depressed. The hotel's food delivery service is expensive and extremely unpalatable. The cleaning staff is also unprofessional, constantly leaving brushes and rags in the room. Dust accumulates on the tabletops and is not wiped. The design is aesthetically pleasing but not practical. The staff, mostly local French speakers, speak very poor English, making communication difficult. Poor value for money and not recommended.

The room is nice and spacious, clean and sanitary. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is a bit messy, but the service is good!

The hotel was a good experience overall. The only downside was the modest breakfast.

The windows in the room are made up of small pieces, the design is a bit strange, there is no view at all, and there is insufficient daylight. The water pipe switch of the toilet wash basin is very inconvenient, and water will flow from the cracks to the ground after washing hands. The electric induction toilet toilet seat is a bit annoying. Shower room is worthy of praise, the shower is very comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, such a package is still far away from a 5-star hotel. Maybe my expectations are too high!
