The apartment was nice, clean, and overall just as described, conveniently located in Old Port with very easy access and clear self check-in instructions. However, I was unsettled by a few things. First, the hotel charges 50% of the cost 14 days in advance, which there was no communication for nor any information about this on Hotels dot com. Second, the smoke detector was missing a battery and would chirp loudly every minute. I emailed several times asking for their help to fix this but in the 3 days nothing was done, which made sleeping and staying in the apartment very challenging.

It is a great location, in the center of Old Montreal. Lots of Restaurants, shopping and sights are near by. Having an apartment with kitchen is a real bonus. It was spot less. I got the codes for entry in Hotel on my arrival . Had contact number if there would be any questions. Washing machine and dryer in apartment was a bonus.

The apartment was very clean very late and I liked the decor. The one thing I didn’t like was if you had any problems or questions, there wasn’t a person to talk to. other than that I had a very pleasant day. I would stay there again and I would recommend this place.

Beautiful suite with all amenities. Access was easy and communication was excellent. Beautiful old downtown surrounding area with several shops and dinning selection. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was fine, and well maintained. You’re truly paying for one of the best locations you can get as it’s so accessible to everything in the area. The only true negative I can give Hotel Rasco which if I knew before hand, I wouldnt have booked, is that there is a spider problem in that building. I killed or captured over ten spiders in my 3 day stay, some of which were gargantuan which made me on edge at all times in the suite. Otherwise, great stay.

I loved how this stay felt like having my own apartment in old montreal. Cozy and romantic. I was so happy to find my own washer and dryer. The stay was very accommodating and I could not be more happy and appreciative I was able to stay here.

Lovely, stylish, fun appartement. Very clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, the AC did not work and it was hot and stuffy. Owner was responsive when I texted about the problem but was not able to resolve the issue. Since this is an apartment and NOT a hotel, it was not possible to switch to a different room where there was working AC.

Located in the heart of Old Montreal this exceptional hotel/apartment is everything you could wish for and then some. A “five star” luxury apartment, Hotel Rasco was the perfect spot for our family of four. The apartment offered the best in comfort, amenities, and best of all it is close to everything in Old Montreal. Our family took advantage of the great location morning, day, and night by visiting museums, shops, and the many restaurants. Traveling with a young child it was so convenient to swing back to the apartment for a break. Our family also took advantage of the apartment’s luxury kitchen for late night meals, breakfasts, and more. From the two bedrooms, pullout sofa, incredible shower, dishwasher ,and washer/dyer Hotel Rasco should be your only choice when visiting the area. FIVE STAR - Best place I have ever stayed. TIP: Be patient and wait for the text/email to check in. This is not your typical hotel with a front desk. Once the access codes come (as stated in the onboarding emails) you will be AMAZED… ABSOLUTELY AMAZED.

Absolutely amazing hotel and top notch customer service from Daniel. I loved the location, you can’t get much better than where it is situated. I felt very safe as a single female traveller. There was a code to get into the building outside of regular hours, a code for the elevator and a code to get into the apartment. The amenities were great, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I made breakfast in my unit every day which was convenient and cost effective. The bed and pillows were very cozy and the shower had great pressure and the tub was comfortable for a bath. The only drawback was the noise coming from Trone, the restaurant underneath my room which overlooked the terrasse of the restaurant. Bring earplugs! Other than that, it was an incredible hotel in the best part of town within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend it!

One of my favourite properties I have stayed at over my many trips to montreal. Will be booking here every time I return. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was impeccable. Amazing place, don't pass it by.

First, the property is modern, clean and in a very touristy but fun area on Montreal. Understandably the owners took advantage of the hordes of people attending the Canadian Grand Prix. For a luxury condo I would have expected top notch service. When we arrived the temperature in the apartment was 85F or 29C, the heat was very hot and humid. We tried to adjust the temperature but the thermostats were locked and there was no information about the apartment and other usual tips one would find in a "luxury condo). We called the manager, and could leave a message as the message box was full. Text and emails were left unanswered while we sweltered. Only opening all the windows seemed to help but the noise level of people on the streets, music pounding and drunks yelling went on to the early hours. We did not sleep at all that evening and was the worst experience we have ever had. How does someone who has a luxury apartment to rent not offer air conditioning? How does the "property manger" not be on hand to address any issues that arise. Add to this 2 flimsy pillows, not even complimentary coffee and what you experience is a huge ripoff, scam. I feel absolutely fleeced.

The location is excellent and the apartment was clean. The first unit did not have working air conditioning, and the management was thankfully able to move us to a unit with working air conditioning within 2 hours of arrival. We were very grateful for the accommodation as the original unit was 30 degrees! Note that the street side units are very loud because of the street noise but the interior units open to a quiet courtyard. The unit we were moved to was comfortable and clean, but missing some basics such as dish soap (only soap for the diswasher). Also, the oven did not work and the microwave was not plugged in. We had to move it in order to use it. One window had no drapes. Also, there were not enough towels (only one per person--but what about drying long hair?). One major concern: the door has no inside deadbolt--just a code lock--and from bed at around 7am one morning we heard the door unlock, open, close, and then lock again--very creepy! Perhaps a maintenance person opened the door? I don't know, but there should be an independent way to lock the door from the inside to secure the room.

Really enjoyed the unit. Great location in the heart of Old Town. Upgrades in suite were very tastefully done. Loved the vibrant area with streets closed for walking amongst the stores and restaurants. Tons to do & see. City walking was really good. Very easy to get your 10,000 steps in. One thing to note is there is “a super club” located below the suites. Friday & Saturday nights starting later in evening until 3:00 a.m. Sunday closing at 1:00 am. Bring your ear plugs.

If you are looking for a place to stay right near the heart of Old Montreal this is the spot. Nice big windows, convenient to shops/dining. Also, lots of great places to explore within walking distance.
