Location away from the main town but walkable or can take public transport. Perhaps it was a weekday so it wasn't crowded. Nice and clean hostel.

Contrary to the usual perception of a youth hostel, the interior was incredibly clean. The kitchen area was also very well-equipped, and when I visited in May, the room was about half empty. The photo was taken from the hostel's terrace.

Not allow to cancel the hostel, see properly when booking but the view is nice

Too far from the station. Need to walk like 20 minutes. But its okay just make sure to walk near the lake so you can have a better view and take photos too. They dont provide towel. Breakfast is delicious. My stay is pretty good for a night just to see the Christmas market.

The hostel is located near the lake, which had a beautiful view. However, it’s down below a slope without any lift or elevator. Quite inconvenient for travellers with luggage. It’s not very accessible. Breakfast was 7:30-9am. There are not many affordable dining options around. A bit too early. Showering and lights are turned off automatically after a short while, not very convenient but could see effort in sustainability.

Second time here. Still very happy about all the facilities and service. Staffs were super helpful and friendly.

The staff at the reception was very nice! I especially love the lounge since I still had to work while traveling.

The hostel is located at Territet (1 Station away if you take the hourly train or 10mins away if you take the electric bus 201), near lake Geneva. While the train track passes very close to the hostel, it was not very noisy. There are quite a lot of local students staying there for the same night, but there were no queues for toilets or table for breakfast. Just note that you will need to make a detour along the vehicle road if you bring luggage (don't take the stairs), and need to make your bed (as expected).

It’s the best hostel I’ve ever tried in the EU. Very clean, very friendly staff (Sumi is the best)，and great location. The only thing is it’s next to railway so bit noisy at night.

The hostel is good value for money , However the location is not as quite easy to arrive. Note: when Google maps location reaches to 70M take the stairs down and then you will find it on the right
