The heat would not work. It was 5 degrees outside with a windchill below zero. The room only warmed to about 65 degrees with the thermostat set at 85

The stay was really nice except for the fact the hot water took forever to get warm and didn’t stay warm long

Staff at check in was friendly but gave us keys to room108 which we later found was already occupied and we were supposed to be in room 208. We walked in on an older gentleman that was very upset. Really not sure how this could happen but sure made the stay very uncomfortable.

Facility is old but has been upgraded. Matress is in a plastic covering and makes noise you move in bed. A great and lowcost place to stay for a visit to Morgantown

Great hotel lots of things within walking distance. Very spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was pretty good too!

I love the location of the hotel and the staff was congenial. Our rooms were nice, but the sofa bed was unusable, there is no padding in the mattress and there is also blood on the mattress.

Easy access to Ruby Memorial. Was well lit so leaving at 5:00am seemed safe. The front desk workers were very nice!
