Linens were dirty, there was a fingernail clipping on the counter, the shower did not look like it had been properly cleaned, the floor had not been mopped or swept, marks and smudges on the mirrors, heating vent was full of debris. Not clean at all. Very disappointed.

I booked the room through *******. When I arrived to check in I was turned away because I’m not 21. At no point was I asked my age. I was 5 hours from home and had no room. When I asked for a refund I was denied because policy said I had to cancel before check in time. I couldn’t do that because I arrived at check in time and was turned away. They essentially stole from me.

Bedding was dirty. The picture was small inside the tv. Shower had great pressure. Customer service was great.

Smelled of smoke and mustiness in hall, breakfast was substandard; sitting area for breakfast had limited seating for four. The night prior the area was taken over by guests "tailgating" with their food trays and bags over every table and trash everywhere. Two cats who are evidently on property were huddled by the outside sliding door in the freezing cold. Hotel charged a lot for the room simply because it coincided with a local football game, so not a good value.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Room was clean, but there were holes and water damage in the wall of the bathroom that had a faint, bad smell. The shower head and bath fan were loosely mounted. Water pressure was poor. Pillows were so small they tucked the case ends around them. Bedding was thin. Called for an extra blanket and was told they were all given out. Coffee dispenser was empty. Waited for front staff to emerge, who called food staff, who finally made more coffee. No elevator (not a complaint, just a heads up for future guests). Won't return.
