Is it because the cleaning hasn't been done properly or is it from the beginning?

Cheapest business hotel. Part of the wall is peeling off, sooty blur, rust is conspicuous around the water, the spring of the bed is weak, and I can barely sleep. The view of Lake Biwa from the window is wonderful. It's a pity that the room is big and the bathtub is a little big.

ここはマジでやめた方が良いです。 外観の錆びれ具合、ホテルマンは外国人のみ、長い廊下の暗い雰囲気、部屋の中のメンテナンスゼロ感、タバコorカビ臭さ、、、トータルで家族と行ってはいけないホテルでした。 ここは日本なのか？と考えてしまう程のレベルのホテルで、受付に禁煙室に変えて欲しいと頼むと『いや、空いてないんで』と冷たい対応。 結局、子供の高熱で泊まらず帰りましたが、その夜私自身金縛りに2回合い、調べるといわく付きのホテルでした。

駐車場が広く車でのアクセスが便利です。施設は古さを感じるものの、部屋は広々としていて清潔で満足です。

The building is old, but it's a low-cost hotel. The breakfast was okay for the price. You can drink coffee and read manga in the room next to the lobby.

The view from the top floor where the breakfast was served was great. The staff were very friendly.

Six of us stayed in each room for one night for golfing, and although it's fine that there are three beds in one room, I think it's just right for three people per room. I don't mind it being a little more expensive, but I think more people would come if it was priced per room like overseas. The parking lot is a bit unreasonable because you can only park in the yellow boxes. I don't know anything about there being residents or anything like that. The foreign front desk staff is also a bit confusing!! ️

I really like the atmosphere of the lobby. There are sofas and low tables in various places, so I really like how it still has a bit of an old-fashioned hotel feel.

A spider about 2cm in size appeared. I was prepared because there were a lot of spider webs, but if you don't like insects, it can be tough. Also, since it was a smoking room, the smell of cigarettes permeated the room, which was unpleasant for those of us who don't smoke. Regarding the smell, I don't know if there were non-smoking rooms, but it was a complete mistake.

The building is old, but it is well maintained and does not feel inconvenient. I was alone on a business trip, but they let me use a room for three people and it was comfortable. Amenities are also substantial. There were many access points for wifi, but due to the location of the room, none of them could be used due to weak radio waves, so I should be careful.

他の方の口コミにもあるように汚いのではなく古いという感じです。ホテル内は清掃もしっかりされていてきれいでした。 気になった点は ·室内灯の配置からか室内が暗く感じた。 ·正面駐車場が満車で停めれなかった(利用状況から考えると空いていそうですが。) ·大駐車所付近に廃車のような車がたくさんあり自分の車に何かイタズラされないか不安に感じた。 です。 連泊ならないかな。
