Бронировала за три месяца в самом отели для проведения тренинга для людей из разных городов России. Машей представилась женщина, она же директор, уборщица, посудомойка разносчица еда и прочий персонал, при оплате не дает никакого документа подтверждающий оплату. А также, дает какой - то номер другой женщины Дианы Ш., чтобы туда присылали оплату. По моей просьбе о квитанции последовал отказ и оскорбления. А затем она стала выгонять и убегать. Всех клиентов моих кинула. А это люди из Москвы, Новосибирска, Кирова, Питера, Калининграда. Худшее, мерзкое обслуживание , как будто работают "по - черному".
