Ibis Budget Panfilovskaya Hotel

I really like the hotel's minimalist design and the pleasant, fresh colors in the interior. It's quiet and cozy. The room is small. The blackout curtains block out the light well. There's shower gel in the shower, but I brought my own. You can request additional toiletries at reception for a fee. This is my second stay here; the location is convenient, and the Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station is nearby. The room photos are accurate.

I really like this hotel. It's a budget option, but it's quite clean and comfortable. I try to stay there whenever I come to Moscow.

Everything's fine, even beautiful. A bit cramped, but the mattress and shower are comfortable. There's a microwave and one water dispenser for all five floors. Accordingly, there's dirt and a puddle near this water dispenser. How can they not repair one of the two elevators when five floors are fully occupied? There's a problem with the reception: you have to call 3099. It's written in Russian and English: the Chinese are just waiting. The mattress kept sliding off the twin bed; there are no supports, but the bed itself is perfect. I asked for a spoon for tea or soup over the phone; they answered at the ATM... In reality, there are only forks.

Absolutely terrible. The room was small, there were no slippers, no disposable toiletries, and no hairdryer (you have to pay to use it). The service was poor. If you smoked in the room, you were fined 10,000 rubles; if you didn't pay, you were asked to move out, and they basically pocketed the fine.

The room was tiny, with no toiletries, no shower mat, and no slippers. It was so slippery that the showerhead kept falling off during the shower. To get hot water, you had to get cups and cans from the water dispenser on the first floor. There was no dispenser on the second floor, and there was no kettle in the room. After checking in, I didn't get a proof of stay. After being fined by the police, I asked the front desk for it, and they reluctantly gave it to me. There's no supermarket near the hotel, only two subway stops away. It's a 20-30 minute walk from October Field Station to our accommodation. Even worse, the front desk staff was clueless, not even knowing which subway exit to take me back to the hotel. It was incredibly frustrating. Everyone else was kinder and more understanding than the front desk staff. It was a terrible stay. I paid for six nights, but the platform wouldn't refund me, so I had to endure it. It was frustrating.

Good location and comfortable room! Good service! I recommend for families and travelers!

Clean and sanitary, with complete and brand new facilities, especially the room with bunk beds, which is very nice and unique, suitable for family travel. The room is large and the twin room is average. High cost performance!
