Mercure Arbat Moskva Hotel

The room was very clean, and when I opened the curtains, I could see the church across the street. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with Metro lines 3 and 4 nearby. There are supermarkets and fast-food restaurants within easy reach, and you can even walk to Arbat Street, which has a wonderful artistic vibe. Plus, the magnificent Ministry of Foreign Affairs building and numerous embassies are also close by.

Conveniently located with clean rooms, and very close to the subway. The breakfast spread was excellent, and there's a well-stocked supermarket just a 3-5 minute walk away where you can find everything from local food to vodka.

This hotel is great for families with children. The sofa bed is prepared in advance for your arrival. Plus, there's a subway entrance right outside the hotel, which is super convenient.

The facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The hygiene is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The environment is elegant, beautiful, and pleasant. The service attitude is good.

This review is a bit late, but that doesn't stop me from praising this place! The subway station, Arbat Street, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building are all right at the doorstep. Transportation and dining are both quite convenient. The hotel breakfast is also great, offering good value for money.

For a standard room costing 1900 RMB a night, the value for money was absolutely terrible. The pillows were incredibly dirty, and the overall hygiene was poor. The lobby was a mess, and the room layout was bizarre. It was an attic room, and they had placed a desk and two chairs under the slanted ceiling of the attic. The room was already small, and if you tried to work there, you'd have to keep your head bowed the whole time. It was so weird! The hotel policies were even stranger – definitely avoid this place. The front desk staff's service was also subpar, especially the two male employees.
