Citycomfort Hotel on Tverskaya

An excellent hotel. Beautiful design with thoughtful details. There's a laundry room where they'll wash your clothes and remove any stains. Laundry costs 400 rubles per load. The rooms are very quiet. They serve delicious breakfasts for 500 rubles. The owner and receptionists are very pleasant. They try to help with any questions and are helpful. A great place to stay almost in the center of Moscow.

Staying in this awful hotel and they won't give you a refund? Anyone who stays here is a complete *****. I'll avoid hotels like this from now on! Cleanliness: I killed six cockroaches in five days; they were crawling all over the bed, and there was blood on the sheets. Environment: The room was so small that there was only an aisle between the bed and the room. If you opened a suitcase, there was no room to walk. There were mirrors on both sides to create the illusion of a large room. Facilities: There's a bar downstairs, and the music was so loud at 3 or 4 AM that I couldn't sleep at all.

The room had basic amenities, though I'm not sure if it's just the room type. My room had a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator, but my friend's didn't. Overall, it was a pretty good experience! However, be careful with heavy luggage, as you have to walk up and down stairs. Hope to come again next time!

Convenient transportation, clean environment, plenty of dining options, and very close to tourist attractions (within walking distance). Suitable for families, friends, and business travelers. Highly recommended!

They put us in another room (floor under the roof, tall people are not comfortable there)

The hotel is located an 8-minute walk from the Pushkinskaya Metro Station on Metro Line 2 and a 10-minute walk from the Red Square. The hotel is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. You need to call the hotel front desk to check in. When you check out at 8 o'clock in the morning, no one is at the front desk and you put the key in the cabinet at the service desk. The room is well heated and quiet enough to ensure a good night's sleep. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers or kettles, but there are shower gel, shampoo and towels. Someone will do a simple cleaning of the room every day, mainly collecting garbage bags.
