Intermark Residence Apart-Hotel

We booked a room with a bed and a small sofa. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on; the springs poked through the mattress. The faucets in the bathroom were very tricky to adjust for the water temperature. Everything else was great! If you want to sleep with the windows open and have it be quiet, make sure to get a room facing the courtyard.

The location is excellent, we had a room with a view on the 15th floor. If you open the windows, it's a bit noisy from the highway, but the view completely makes up for it. The room was clean and well-equipped with a stove, all necessary kitchen utensils for cooking, a dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, a large fridge, dishes, tea/coffee, sugar, and even laundry detergent. The soundproofing was perfect; we didn't hear any neighbors during our stay. Since our booking was only for two days, daily cleaning wasn't included. We didn't opt for breakfast as there are many eateries nearby. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, slippers, and toothbrushes were all provided. The Wi-Fi worked fine. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again.

The room was very clean and well-equipped with a kitchen, microwave, fridge, oven, and all the pots and pans you could need – and they were all usable! It's also conveniently located close to Red Square and Arbat Street.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Even if you don't speak English, checking in is a breeze. The accommodation is affordable and close to the city center, so I highly recommend it. I didn't use it, but there's a kitchen in the room, so you can cook your own meals!

A magnificent apart-hotel right in the heart of Moscow. Fully equipped for living. Washing machine with dryer, stove, dishwasher, all kitchenware. Breathtaking views. The administration's response to any request is instantaneous. Zero noise from the street or neighbors. Cleaning is decent. Arbat is within walking distance.

Fantastic location! There's a delicious ice cream shop right downstairs. Plus, a supermarket, restaurants, and all necessary services are nearby. We truly felt at home here with friendly neighbors. It's a shame we couldn't rebook a room after returning to Moscow from St. Petersburg; the hotel was fully booked!

Excellent location, and the staff were pleasant and polite. The room had everything I needed, and I could even prepare my own meals. It was clean, attractive, and modern. I'll definitely be coming back.

This hotel boasts some of the more upscale facilities in Moscow, conveniently located on Arbat Street. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket, a burger joint, and even a Russian Starbucks. The price point is on the higher side. The front desk staff can communicate in both Russian and English. You need a key card to access each floor. The bed in the room is a bit larger than what you'd typically find in other Moscow hotels, though certainly not as big as a king-sized bed in China. Overall, it's pretty good.
