Movenpick Moskva Taganskaya Hotel

Excellent hotel! We booked it as a gift for my sister, and she said it was an amazing experience✨ They congratulated her with champagne and dessert, and there were pillowcases with "Happy Birthday" written on them, which was super sweet! We live in different cities, so it was important for us that she felt special on her birthday. She also really enjoyed the spa; she managed to relax and recharge. Thank you for your service🤍

The hotel is beautiful, but there's a lot of construction going on around it, which really disturbed our stay. Check-in took forever, and the windows in the rooms don't open, so I felt really stuffy. The spa area is good, but a part of it was closed for renovations.

Excellent hotel! Everything is very clean and cozy, and the staff are polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient — it's easy to get to the city center and Moscow's main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the spa complex and fitness area: everything is modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I especially want to highlight the very comfortable beds, soft pillows, and cozy blankets — sleeping was an absolute pleasure. The chocolate hour from 4 PM to 5 PM was also a delightful bonus — a really cool and atmospheric idea from this hotel chain.

An excellent hotel with attentive service! 🌟 I celebrated my birthday at the Mövenpick Taganskaya and was very pleased with my stay. A special thank you to the hotel team for the wonderful birthday present. I also want to highlight the high level of service: all staff members were extremely responsive, polite, and ready to help at any moment. The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and conducive to relaxation, the spa is decent, and there were always free sun loungers. There's a chocolate hour from 4 PM to 5 PM. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who values quality service and attention to detail.

I liked the hotel, but I think it's more of a solid four-star, to be honest. The rooms are clean, all amenities are provided, and the snacks/drinks are replenished daily. The view of old Moscow from the rooftop is breathtaking. However, the light fixtures in the entrance area were dusty, our luggage wasn't taken to our room, and the 'private' zone in the spa department operates very strangely: essentially, anyone can walk in. The administrator has to run around asking visitors for their room numbers, and there aren't really any super advantages to this zone anyway. Regardless, none of this stopped us from enjoying our stay.

Service was incredibly slow and poor. It took forever to check in, and even with three or four bags, nobody offered to help. The overall service attitude felt very passive, barely three-star quality. If your room faces the street, it can be very noisy at night.

The hotel is good. But booking through Trip.com was a mistake. Our wedding date changed, and we called the hotel to reschedule our stay for a week later, even offering to pay extra. The hotel agreed, but the Trip.com platform refused, and their support team just sent canned responses. I'm very disappointed with how the platform handled this.

Stayed here for a couple of days in July with a friend. It's a pleasant, compact hotel, without a huge, pompous lobby; very minimalist. The rooms are also compact, about 25 square meters – not cramped, but there's not much space to spread out your luggage either. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with all the essentials. They even have a "chocolate hour" for those who enjoy it. The à la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant is tasty. There's a small but cozy spa with a hammam and Balinese massage. Overall, it's more than good value for the money.

Everything was great – the location right next to the metro, the service, the cleanliness of the room, and a comfortable bed. What was interesting is that on the basement floor, there's a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and a salt room. One of the hotel's cool features is 'Chocolate Hour' from 4 PM, where you can enjoy a variety of delicious treats. On Saturdays, they also include mango and strawberry sorbets.
