Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza Hotel

Convenient location, especially if you're arriving by or continuing your journey by train. It's right next to Three Stations Square. The hotel is cozy. The staff are polite and attentive.

There were four of us, and we booked two rooms on the 11th floor. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. In one room, everything was perfect, but in the other, it was initially noisy due to neighbors (a shared connecting door). We called the front desk, and they moved us to another room without any hassle within 5 minutes. However, a day later, a couple checked into the adjacent room and decided to play loud music at midnight. We knocked on their door, and they turned it down. Still, a connecting door doesn't provide great sound insulation. The hotel service was excellent. Breakfast offered a classic, standard selection of dishes with no unique flair. We enjoyed the service at Cafe Imperial on the ground floor, though the classic dishes we ordered weren't fully eaten. The location is very convenient, which is why we've booked this hotel again for our return journey.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Komsomolskaya metro station and Leningradsky railway station, with Red Square just a few metro stops away. The facilities are relatively new, and the double room features a bed approximately 1.2 meters wide, a well-thought-out layout, and a large sofa. I highly recommend the hotel breakfast; it offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and some dishes change daily. The pumpkin pancake was a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach'! The bread and pastries were also delicious. On my birthday, I received a complimentary small cake and a card from the hotel. The caramel cake was topped with lingonberries, which was such a thoughtful touch – big thumbs up! 👍

Service: The hotel service was great; basic English communication was fine. There were no extra charges or deposits, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Environment: Pretty good. There's a subway station nearby, about four or five stops from the city center, which is quite convenient. I recommend buying a daily or three-day subway pass for better value. Facilities: The bed is genuinely huge! Visibly enormous! It made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bathroom facilities were also excellent! A very satisfying experience! Choosing this hotel in Moscow was definitely the right decision!

Coming from St. Petersburg by high-speed train, this place is quite convenient to stay at. My only complaint is that two bottles of water in the room aren't quite enough.

Everything was perfect! If we're traveling by train again, I'll definitely book here. It's so convenient. The price was fantastic, and the room was quiet. We stayed overnight before our journey. I'll definitely recommend it!
