1) The minibar was closed with a key - since we did not pay 3000 rubles. deposit!
Just think: the hotel does not trust its guests so much that it closes the mini-bar with a key - all of a sudden a guest who paid 15-20 thousand rubles. per night, eat an extra bar from the bar and won't pay for it! I have never seen anything like this anywhere, even in ordinary 3-star hotels!
2) When checking in, already signing the questionnaire, I found out that the address was not mine, but my namesake from Kazan - but manager Alexey at the reception did not begin to redo the questionnaire - they say, it’s okay - you think you’ve arranged accommodation for a completely different person?
3) The handprints of previous guests remained on the panoramic windows - I had to call and ask them to fix it.
4) The rooms themselves, apparently, have not been renovated for 15 years, since the construction of the hotel. There is a coil of wires under the bedside table.
