Excellent hotel , everything is great and with attention to little details. Awesome concierge, very attentive stuff. Love their spa, swimming pool and also sky bar ! One of my favorite hotels not only in Moscow but also worldwide. This hotel never disappoints.

Great place! Spacious room, bathroom, everything is very convenient and appropriate) the TV is perhaps too small for such a room and there is little natural light in the corner room. Coffee lovers will appreciate the presence of a capsule coffee machine in the morning. Super! The design of the hotel itself was also very pleasing. On our next stay, we definitely want to visit the spa complex. We hope that it will leave a decent impression, like the hotel itself)

The hotel cannot in any way correspond to the characteristics of 5 * and Luxury, if due to the impossibility of opening windows (ventilation) and the ubiquitous carpet in the rooms and on the floors, there is a permanent musty smell. For 2 days of stay, even the things in the suitcases smelled! This is the main disadvantage, overlapping all the advantages. Alas, something needs to be done about this. Install recuperators, upgrade supply ventilation, change floor coverings.
Why there is transparent glass between the bathroom and the bedroom is a mystery.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars and its price.
1) The minibar was closed with a key - since we did not pay 3000 rubles. deposit!
Just think: the hotel does not trust its guests so much that it closes the mini-bar with a key - all of a sudden a guest who paid 15-20 thousand rubles. per night, eat an extra bar from the bar and won't pay for it! I have never seen anything like this anywhere, even in ordinary 3-star hotels!
2) When checking in, already signing the questionnaire, I found out that the address was not mine, but my namesake from Kazan - but manager Alexey at the reception did not begin to redo the questionnaire - they say, it’s okay - you think you’ve arranged accommodation for a completely different person?
3) The handprints of previous guests remained on the panoramic windows - I had to call and ask them to fix it.
4) The rooms themselves, apparently, have not been renovated for 15 years, since the construction of the hotel. There is a coil of wires under the bedside table.
5) On the plus side: I liked the pool very much; breakfast is great too (caviar, eel, red fish, blue cheese, fresh juice).
